        Just want to say kevin and Tim were very professional. They took care of me, offered me a ride back to work, owned their mistakes and made it right with me. As for Steve the service manager he talked down to me, doubled the price on my quote, degrading tim for quoting me wrong, refused to let me speak with Tim about the situation, refused to work on my jeep because I was quoted wrong, and shared in house drama over the phone that u needed to not hear. Very unprofessional. Then would not speak to me after I called the regional manager. Would never go back unless steve was not there. Tim and Kevin were great!!!
        Jon regional manager promptly responded to my complaint but offered $11 off my bill for all my toubles. Not impressed.

        BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Very, Very POOR service!! I DO NOT recommend you buy anything from this company! I had purchased a set of tires in feb2016. Had to have the vehicle aligned there, and had to purchase a 28.00 tread warranty. I had 135k on the 2003 Ford Explorer when the tires were installed by them at their facility in Queensbury NY. I had to go back at a 153k with 4 very bad bald tires! I wish i could post pics on here! I was told when i called the store manager would take care of it when i showed up there. I had to drive a hour to the location white knuckle style the whole way thinking i was going to get a flat. The guy came out and examined the tires, and instantly questioning me like i was on a witness stand! I told them i did everything per the arrangement of the warranty including alignment at their facility! We go inside, and according to his calculations of tread depth i will owe almost $200 to have my 50000 mile tires warrantied that i barely got 17k out of, and originally pa
