Joan at ULTA salon is a lifesaver! I tried to go blonde, and turned my hair orange. I was initially going to drive down to Tucson to a salon, but saw the ULTA flyer and thought to give them a call. I was scheduled with Joan, and met her for the first time. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but down to earth. She did not lecture me for trying to dye my hair myself, in fact, she actually made me feel better about my failure. She did a heavy highlight then toned it, and also reshaped my cut to the cut I have been asking for from other places for months. I am so happy with the results, I could not say enough about Joan. I wanted to give her a hug when I left, but did not want to look like a weirdo! Great experience. She also kept asking me how I was doing, and at one point I got really thirsty because I had left my water in the car, and she asked me if I wanted water, out of the blue. She has been doing this long enough that she has seen it all, and really knows her stuff. She also was more knowledgeable about the beauty products than the girls working in the actual store. I am so thankful that I found her, and I hope others can benefit from her skill and experience.
Everyone was very welcoming here. A female tech did my gel manicure. She was very professional, fast and fun! She made time go by super fast and has really great conversation. If you don't or would rather not have the chit chat, then don't talk or pretend to sleep. I personally love talking and really enjoyed our conversation. She even told me what she was doing and why at each step of the way. Informative nail session I would say. Oh yeah! She also does a good job
I have been going to Queen Creek Nails & Spa since they opened 7 years ago. Even though I no longer live in Queen Creek I make the trip to get my nail/waxing needs met. The staff is so friendly and remember everyone. The owners are always there, they remember you by name and take care of you. It is always clean and they have the best products. I could never go anywhere else!
