Horrible service from staff while placing an order over the phone or while dining in, do not recommend

Top recommendation for food is the Cheese Steak on their awesome bread and the Garlic Knots.

We prefer take out but this is a nice family restaurant for kids.

High priced for the amount of the roll you can eat. The bun was hard as a rock on the edges, ate the meat and middle of roll. We don't hardly eat there, but it will be another year before we eat there again. Bad experience every time it seems. Definitely not New York!
