        Waste of time

        My husband and I live on base. How convenient being that we normally file using HR block, and that it was right down the street. Wrong. I scheduled our appointment online, by choosing a time slot of 12:45. When we arrived we were completely ignored by two "professionals" who were two busy to greet is for 10 minutes. When someone did finally come out, she shook her head at me and literally cut me off mid sentence. She was very insistent that we "did not" nor "could not" possibly have an appointment. She then began laughing at us, and turned her computer screen around to "prove" that we we wrong. I ran to the car, grabbed my phone, and then showed her my scheduled appointment time to which she literally had no response to. How unprofessional and rude. You think it may be saving you time and effort to go to this location. Instead, you leave inconvenienced and have now wasted your day that you planned and prepared to file your taxes.
