Gateway Kia of Quakertown PA

My wife and i purchased a Sorento there on July 3. As we were finishing paperwork we realized there was only 1 key for the car so we were told if they couldn't find it by the end of the day they would order us a new one and overnight it to us as soon as it came in. After 2 weeks we contacted them again if they had heard about the key thinking that would be enough time around the holiday to let us know about it's progress. After getting plain answers or not getting called back at all every couple of days for the next month and a half the order for the key was finally placed. Now it finally came in 2 and a half months after we bought the car and we're told we can come pick it up between 8 and 5 Monday to Saturday. After saying we wouldn't be able to have enough spare time to drive down there for another 6 weeks or so due to our business being very busy this time of year the reply was "Sounds good, it will be here waiting for you". If it wasn't for getting the first 2 oil changes for free i would never go this dealership again.

Went to look at a 07 Chevy Cobalt LS coupe and was very pleased with the attention done to it, along with the dealership as well. I do suggest them.

Got a fantastic vehicle (new kia sorento) from a no pressure, friendly sales person. I was never hounded and all of my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend this dealership; ask for Vince! :)

I was very nervous buying my first new car. I went with my mom to another dealer before we found James at Gateway Kia in Quakertown. The experience I had was so bad that I stopped my search for two weeks. My car finally died and my mom said she would go with me to try again at another dealership.
