Brick's Garden Center

Love them! I find their customer service to be wonderful. I do extensive gardening, both with flowers and vegetables and have simply never been disappointed with anything I've purchased there. I go back every year.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stopped by Mother's Day to pick up some flowers and vegetables. One of the vinca 8 packs I chose was missing a plant so I picked up a loose plant from a pack that was broken and scattered. At the register the owner acted disgusted and when I explained the loose plant was "lying out of a pack" strongly insinuated I was not telling the truth. I asked her not to call me a lier and she grabbed my cart screaming that I should leave and she wouldn't take my money. It's a shame as they have decent plants at a good price - but it's not worth the hassle. I have been a steady customer for years but I

Horrible customer service. Too bad because they have nice flowers. Bought a hanging basket and they would not give me a bag to put down in my car. Asked to but one as the plant was wet and they would not sell me one. She said if it makes me feel any better they did not water them today. Will never go back.

I wish I would have seen a review before I went to Brick's because they have very poor service. I would absolutely NOT recommend this business. I had to return a christmas lawn ornament that broke and I was treated terribly. I was told by the owner himself that I was dumb and couldn't read the "no return" policy sign. I wasn't even asking for my money back, but for store credit. They had no regard for my business and didn't care they were losing a customer. They sell horribly cheap and OVERPRICED products with no customer service. Go to Lowes or Home depot.
