These guys really went out of there way to work with me and make the situation right. Rex was there by my side the whole way, what a great experience!. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, and Rex. I would definitely buy from them again, and again.

A couple months ago I purchased a 2007 Cadillac Escalade. Loved the vehicle it had everything I wanted in a price range I could afford. After purchasing the vehicle i noticed it had some issues. The dealership was very understanding with my concerns and immediately picked up my truck and brought me a rental and addressed all my of my concerns of issues. They fixed every problem I brought to their attention. It was a weight of stress released off my shoulders to know that I was working with a dealership that actually cared about their customers.

It is rare that I take the time to do a review . Went to Puyallup Car And Truck to look at a 1 ton flatbed for my business. It would not work for what I needed but I still ended up leaving with a new vehicle. I have to say experience was great. The main reason for this was the salesman Tyler Happ. While I was looking at the truck with Jayson the store manager Tyler was talking to my wife . He gave her an espresso from their espresso machine which I had one later it was awesome and then proceeded to show her suburban that she had spotted on the lot. He is a credit to their company; Patient, knowledgeable, polite and just a really nice person. My wife talked me into taking a test drive in the suburban with her and Tyler. During the test drive we fell in love with the suburban. When we go back to store my wife informed me that we were going home with a new suburban. Tyler and Jayson made the whole process easy. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you guys!!!! Kent & Lori

I was looking to buy a USED pickup, I did a lot of research on vehicles prior to the purchase. I am very picky and I drive back and forth to North Dakota often, so wanted a quality rig, but could not see paying the price for a NEW one! I live about half way between Seattle and Portland, so my wife and I spent the better part of four day's going to almost evey car lot between Federal Way and Oregon City(just south of Portland). Puyallup Car and Truck was one of the first one's we had went to. It was late in the evening, close to closing time on a Saturday, but they took extra time with us and did not rush us (we ended up being there at least an hour past closing). By the time we had been to all of these car lots we were very frustrated with looking at what usually ended up being high priced and low quality vehicles and high pressure salesmen. After all the comparisons, we went back to Puyallup Car and Truck because they had rigs that fit what we were looking for, at a reasonable price. I bought a very nice condition, low mileage F-350 Lariat 4x4 from them. I have had it for about a month now. It has been very reliable and has been every thing that it was suppose to be. If you look at the quality of vehicles that they have on their lot, it is not one or two nice rigs among a bunch of lower quality rigs. They have a good selection of very good quality vehicles. Patrick and Jason were both very good to work with. As with anything, if you buy USED instead of NEW....do your research and buy accordingly. But remember, WHEN YOU BUY A USED VEHICLE YOU ARE NOT PAYING A NEW CAR PRICE. Bottom line, YES I recommend them and would buy another vehicle from them.

I went to practically every dealer in & around Puyallup before I found my new Jeep at Puyallup Car and Truck. There were no games, my salesman Morty treated me with respect & actually went out of his way to make sure I got the deal I wanted. Adam was able to get me a low-interest loan & a payment that fit my budget. I will refer anyone looking for a vehicle to these guys, THEY WERE GREAT !!!

Purchased a motorhome almost three years ago and it is running great to this day. I came with preapproved financing from WSECU for my wife but they thought it was too high so I did the credit check and they saved us 1% on interest. Normally dealers make money off of interest rates but this one lost money for our advantage. We negotiated $1500 off their asking price which the motorhome was recently reduced $5000.00 that week which put it under NADA book value. Most Motorhomes on the market in the Seattle to Portland market are 20% to 40% over NADA book value. Every dealer says you need 20% down payment or more due to their price gouging tactics. We walked away zero down from Puyallup Car and Truck. The salesman was a younger gentlemen full of spirit as not totally knowledgeable as he admitted because they don't sell RV's often. Honesty was shown and his no pressure tactics and willingness to allow a test drive with no hesitation as far as I needed to get a diagnosis on and off the freeway. The sales manager was nice and no pressure at all and infact made my wife and I very comfortable. Whenever I get the itch to look at used cars I go here. Thanks for the great experience purchasing Puyallup Car and Truck.

We just purchased our families newer SUV from these folks on Friday and could not be more happy!! Adam the sales manager and his staff took the time to listen to our needs and then gave us a few options for financing as well as vehicles! Our monthly payments are going to even be LOWER then what we budgeted. This never happens when shopping for a car. Thank you guys! We love our new Sportage. We will be bringing in our friends when they are in need of a truck!

Bought 2 from this store my recent purchase had an issue and the car lot had no problem taking care of it and loaned me a car. I don't really like car dealers but if you have to deal with one it's better to do business where you have had good previous experience. These guys were good, I'll be back

I had a wonderful experience with Puyallup Car and Truck. I did all my "dealing" on the phone after finding the Suburban I'd been looking for online! I drove 4 hours to get there and it was all worth it. I had my 4 kids with me and the sales staff were really awesome. Sweet to the kids & nice to me. No one was pushy. The experience was as good as it could have been as far as I'm concerned. I felt like I got a dood deal and I'm loving my Suburban. It's been a few months and everything is fab!

I bought a vehicle from Rex about two weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Having worked for a car dealership out in the Midwest prior I was very apprehensive about purchasing a new vehicle. Puyallup Car and Truck has been honest from the get go. Adam in financing was patient and didn't force anything we didn't want or need on us. Upon getting the vehicle home we noticed the tires needed balanced. I called Rex, who returned my call within the hour, arranged for the vehicle to be adjusted, and made sure it was as convenient as possible for us, making sure we didn't pay a thing! These guys are great! They truly have given me faith in the process of buying a car. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle.

The thought of having to buy a used car or truck is about as pleasant as getting a root canal. The average person doesn't have a lot of experience in negotiations, and nobody wants to go home feeling like they've been taken advantage of. I am no different. After several weeks of researching used pickup trucks, I narrowed my choices down to 2 very reliable trucks: 2006 Nissan Titan and 2008 Toyota Tundra. Both have high rankings in reliability, maintenance costs, and ownership satisfaction. Using the cargurus app, Puyallup Car and Truck had a well-priced 2006 Nissan Titan that "ticked" all the boxes in my used truck search. Before calling to schedule a test drive, I went on yelp to see what fellow yelpers had to say. Reviews seemed to be wide ranging. Everything from "awesome" to "awful". Since the truck was priced well and had the features I was looking for, I figured I'll check them out for myself. I called and spoke with a salesman named Simon. We scheduled a time later in the day to view the truck, and he said he'd have it out ready for a test drive. When I arrived, I was greeted by Simon with the Nissan Titan parked in the front. Simon's approach was very chill and low pressure. He stated that he's been in the car business for over 20 years, and doesn't believe in high pressure sales tactics. He gave me the keys to the truck and welcomed me to take my time to view the car before we test drive it. He said he would be waiting inside when I'm ready or had any questions. This gave me ample time to start the truck, check for engine noise, check all electronics, lights, wipers, under the hood, and under the truck. After my evaluation, we went on the test drive. The test drive was very thorough. Simon said he wanted me to make sure I take the truck out in real world conditions. We went on surface streets, then onto the freeway to test acceleration. We drove up South Hill to test shift points, then back down the hill to test deceleration and braking. After the test drive, I was ready to negotiate a price on the truck. Simon ushered me inside to meet with the manager Jason to discuss the brass tax. Now I must say, I'm not a hard-ball negotiator. I believe deals can be made which both parties feel like they've won. I basically told Jason I want a smoking deal I can tell everyone about, but, I also understand their company needs to make money too. I told him I have a number I need to reach financially. After several back and fourth discussions, we negotiated a very fair price for my truck. I feel I got a great deal, and their company made money too - win/win.
