        What a disappointment. I ordered a large and expensive arrangement through a funeral home website that was fulfilled by this florist. The arrangement did not have the any purple flowers(arrangement was called Lilac Basket), was very sparse, the basket itself looked worn out and the flowers were not fresh. After a phone call by the funeral home, they sent a replacement the next day, after the visitation, that was better but still not what I would have expected. This was a family arrangement for a beloved relative, how insulting. Florist should be ashamed for trying to pass off this substandard arrangement.
