WHO WE ARE: Cest Moi Citizen Media is a small, green, carbon neutral firm specializing in graphic design, website development, web / blog management services, and professional writing services. CMCM launched in 1998 and we have done a lot of growing in that time, not in size but in philosophy. The industry has unfortunately gravitated toward less and less personalized service. Missing is the invitation to a client / provider relationship. CMCM feels that true service in this industry is impossible without exactly that; a personalized client / provider relationship. It is not about what we will sell you; it's about what you need. It is not about what we are going to charge you; it's about what your budget is. We feel too many small businesses are so consumed with finding the money, finding the most money with the least amount of time, cost, and effort. Hey, finding the money is great, we should all get fulfillment from what we do and earn enough success to meet our needs and enjoy life. However, nearly gone in small business is the notion of community, fairness, and social justice. These are trying times. That is a reality. I believe it serves no one to think only about the one. In many ways, getting through difficult times could very well take a village. With CMCM you are dealing with a person. You will never get a call center or automated system when calling us. We have only a small handful of people who help with Sales and Service. If you have dealt with one person here, you will always be able to reach them. You can also always feel free to contact me, Megan Donovan. I own CMCM, I run it, I am the one doing approximately 80% of the work that comes into CMCM. My clients can always reach me. They know it is entirely possible to catch me in a grocery store or the post office when they call and I will merely tell them to give me a moment while I get to somewhere I can open my iPad and review what they need. CMCM is more like the old general store and mercantile of todays graphic design and web development. The truth is, I think you will find us dramatically different.
