        I originally contacted Scott to schedule a pool inspection prior to a home purchase. The inspection was set up quickly and done professionally, details and operations were explained. I was introduced to Bob, who oversaw field business, and Christy who was to be our pool tech. I was impressed, and contracted with Pool Boy to handle my weekly service. Since then I have had a couple of electrical issues not related to maintenance. Every time, Pool Boy responded same day, and last time Bob personally arrived within an hour and quickly solved my problem. Any time I call, a real person, Lorraine, actually answers the phone. I can't recommend these people highly enough. If there was a 6th star, they'd get it. Jim & Debbie Baker
