I would give them zero stars if it was allowed. I showed up for my appointment (with an appointment card they gave me) and was told I could not be seen because they don’t have appointments on that day. I had to reschedule and drive to my job in Colorado Springs, missing work for no reason. I should’ve found another dentist that day instead of ever going back! This place was recommended to me by someone else and it took them almost a year of bothering them to finally get her referral fee and she was told I found them through the internet which was not true. They scheduled me for multiple appointments telling me I needed extra work done on my teeth and when my insurance company wouldn’t pay for it the office manager said it was my fault for not knowing my coverage so I am being billed several hundred dollar which I have to oh now. They make it seem like the patient matters but the only thing important to this business is money. I will be going to another dentist and so will my wife. There are plenty of others in town.

Provided by Superpagesgreat dentist who is very skilled, likes people, gentle and does a geat job. the staff are also very personable, helpful and put the patient to ease. I have been treated at West Mountain Dental several times and have come away always pleased I will return there when it is time to return
