        I bought 286. Square feet of Bruce hardwood flooring, the total price was 1686.33. When I completed my floor, I had two complete boxes left over that costed about 120.00 each. I was told that it was a three box minimum to return. Was it intentional that they would figure you one or two boxes over so they could screw you. Anyhow, when is it good customer service to not take back extra or damage merchandise you sold as new?? I purchased new not damaged, when I was unloading the cartons one box looked as if a fork lift had hit the side and damaged it. I was told that it was just the tongue that was damaged, I asked did I not buy new undamaged merchandise? No answer still would not take back or offer to replace it. I try to support local family businesses but not when there service unjust.. So long Tonys Floor Covering, you know you build your customers by the ones and lose them by the tens..
