Located in Pueblo, Colorado, our team of mortgage specialists and credit officers can assist you getting the home you want, as well as repairing and improving your credit. Your credit history does not matter. We will work with you to establish a line of credit. For over 76 years, we have been providing friendly service and expert financial advice. In addition to loans, we offer a full slate of services, including: mortgages and home equity loans, auto and personal loans, checking and savings accounts, debit and ATM cards, online and 24-hour phone banking, notary service, money market accounts and CDs, and IRAs. We were established in 1937, but our philosophy of people helping people remains the same to this day.         Highly unprofessional. They open new accounts at the counter and ask for your social security number numerous times in front of other customers. Did not receive any information on the credit union when I signed up, and had to go back to get the full account number and routing number to set up a direct deposit. Then had issues with the online banking. Their IT department still could not figure it out after a week and nobody ever called to follow up on the situation. After being a member for two weeks and not being able to make a single transaction, I promptly withdrew my money and went somewhere else. Would not recommend this credit union.

        Great Service

        I recently opened a new account (saving and checking) and was very impressed with the professional service I received from the eagleridge branch. The online banking is very easy to use. I would recommend Minnequa Works Credit Union, they won't nickle and dime you like other places.
