Beyond bad! They just lost my doctors office business. It's going on 3 months of excuses of why they did not get my cpap machine. A huge amount of laziness and asking me to call doctors asking me to get the paperwork to be put through. First excuse was they had to order my machine parts. Then it was they had to get my doctor to sign the paperwork. For 3 months excuses changed and getting them to call back in a half way decent amount of time is not a real expectation for them. I even got excuses of they are understaffed and trying to get to it our the person handling it new so they are not sure what is going on they would call back which never happened until a call was made weekly after 4 weeks they finally called.
