C & C Disposal Inc.

I have had service with C & C for several years and I have never had a missed collection and the people that work for the company are very courteous and helpful. I would not change companies for anything.

This place is absolutely horrible. I've had service for over 5 years with them and for the past few weeks they have not picked up our trash or left it laying on the ground. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Find another trash service this one is horrible!

I had my trash container 5 feet from its original spot near the road for pickup and they did not pick it up. The driver said it wasn't out by the road. This is unacceptable! The driver should be FIRED!

We had an emergency at my house and needed multiple rolloffs and large item pickups to clean up. The girl on the phone was fantastic! She set up my account immediately and I had a rolloff at my house within 2 hours of my call. The driver was extremely nice. He even helped us move a heavy piece of furniture. They are my weekly pickup now too and do a great job. As for those of you badmouthing a $10 removal fee, you can return the can yourself for no fee and it is clearly stated in all the literature.

I would give 0 stars. Like in the previous comment. They do not tell you there is a $10 pick up charge. They tell you "it is on the back of the bill" well I was on auto pay so why would I look at the bill. I can learn my service and go on with my life and next thing I know I get a bill in the mail that charges men $45 for collection. The lady was RUDE in discussing. Reporting "well it was on your bill and I can't control what you do with that"

How about verbally tell the customer when they cancel there is a $10 charge.

I hate to bad mouth small business, but these people are something else I tell you. I moved and called to let them know that I was ending my service as my new rental included trash. We set up a day for them to pick up the trashcan after I left. Not once during my conversation with the receptionist did she tell me there was a $10 trashcan pick-up fee. I go on about my life, until one day I get a letter in the mail saying that I owed $10 for the pickup fee, and here's the kicker, now they wanted $45 late fee. I flippin kid you not folks, a $45 late fee on a $10 charge! So I called them up because I hadn't ever gotten a notice that i owed them $10, and then they wanted me to cough up an extra $45? I offered to pay the $10, but they were not receptive and let me know they were unconcerned with my opinion of them. I said, "fine then you'll get nothing from me because this is robbery!". Don't you know I just checked my credit and there's an entry from C & C disposal for $61. I am going to dispute it with the credit bureaus as well as report this to the BBB as they didn't follow proper procedures when trying to collect a debt. I am going to be posting this review on every site that has them, because people need to know when companies handle business in this manner. It is despicable and they should be ashamed of themselves!

Horrible company. After 8 years of putting up with missed pickups about once a month. Their garbage man trashed the can we had, burning a hole in it from the exhaust of the truck. They had the nerve to try to charge us $90.00 for the damaged can which was 8 years old. If anything they should have counted it as wear and tear. When my husband called them to dispute it they said their was no way their workers could have done it and proceeded to send the account to collections. Apparently they would rather lose customers than act like a decent company.

This is the worst trash service ever!1! For over two months, the trash guy never picks up all of our trash. He says it's too heavy. Really I'm a 29 year old women and had to lift it up to get it to the curb but, your telling me a man can't lift the trash it to the truck that's parked right next to him? Every week I have to call them to come pick the rest of our trash up and we always get told to leave it out the following week and it will be picked up, ya right! canceling as soon as our bill cycle is up.

We canceled service after they failed to pick up our trash that was out in the curb and wanted us to pay for them to come get it. They had a new employee on our route he did not stop. We had paid the bill cycle prior to this and returned there trash can in person in good condition. We were told we would receive a check for the amount owed back to us witch by the way was is not a lot. This was last fall it's now May 29 2014. Every time we call the secretary can't help only a lady named 'Becky Cotese" the manager owner. She has no voice mail or no decency to return a phone call. Always the run around. How is it a company this large claiming to be "family" ran has no respect for the community in witch lets them prosper. The amount they owe us is petty, it's the principal of a company and their customer services. I would highly advise not using C&C disposal there are a plenty of awesome company's besides them that are much more "family" oriented! For pueblo west try Affordable Trash services in town Archuleta's was great too. I like to support a company who treats there employee's and customers with respect. This is not the company they are money hungry unprofessional's. Only gave a star because i had too.
