If you are looking to being a ...

If you are looking to being a vendor at this Quilted Bear location in Provo, please think twice.

In one month's time we had 5 pieces go missing. I can understand shoplifting happens, so that's not the part that was so frustrating. It was the utter lack of concern shown by the store manager when we brought it to his attention that someone had "rearranged" our booth by moving half of our product under one of our shelves so it could not be seen by customers. He simply explained that he only walks the aisles 1-2 times a week, and as Christmas approaches it will decrease from there, and that sometimes other vendors get mad about what someone else is carrying.

Either way - he didn't come to look at what had been done. And his clear statement of him walking the aisles 1-2 times a week - makes it clear that they do not watch closely for shop lifters. In addition to the fact that not once was I checked as I was coming and going.

It is very obvious to me that shoplifters and ensuring the security of the products there is the least of their concerns.
