Dave from City Locksmith Shop is too good!! Called him during the middle of rush hour and he was still early! Super friendly and was clearly there to help. Opened up my car with ease and enem during this frustrating occurrence was an absolute pleasure! Keep up City Locksmith Shop.

I spoke with City Locksmith Shop on the phone and he quoted a price and a time. He showed up within the time frame he quoted and charged me exactly what he said. I was in my apartment within 15 minutes. These guys are the BEST LOCKSMITH COMPANY IN ALL Provo, UT !

DONT USE THESE PLACE!!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! First of all their physical address is not even a legit address. When I confronted them about it two different people gave me two different stories. One man told me they were renovating and changed their location. The other man told me they had no storefront and only operated by mobile. Now to my actual service I had done. My cars got locked in my car while it wa running. The man I spoke with told me he would be there in 25 minutes. It took him 55 minutes to actually show up. He never called to say he was going to be late. Had I known my car would be running for almost a whole hour while I waited for him I would have called someone else that could have got there quicker. When I finally shows up he gets out of his rundown vehicle (which isn't even marked with a company name or anything and he tells me the service is going to cost me $129 dollars to unlock my car. Which by the way only took one minute to unlock. When I called to try to speak to a manager or owner I was given the run around and eventually hung up on. Not professional at all. The more I look into it the more I know that thy are running this business under the table and taking advantage of people. Unless you want to pay $130+ to get your car unlocked by them I would use another locksmith company that is actually legit.

Exceptional! Excellent customer service, extremely prompt, responsive, punctual, professional, skilled, reasonably priced, and friendly. Can you ask for anything more?



We had an older lock break on an outside door. I called City Locksmith Shop , and after sending a photo and specifics about the lock, they sent someone in less than 30 minutes. The lock was replaced at a reasonable charge and the locksmith was very helpful and professional. I would call them anytime and recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

Lost the keys to my car and didn't have a replacement. Called in the morning and received a call back from Paul. He came that afternoon, on time and even called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes away.



Very nice guy and after calling other dealerships for prices, he was reasonable and much more convenient than having to tow my car to the dealership.



He was also efficient and knew exactly what to do, and was in and out in 20 minutes. If only everything in life was this easy, upfront and efficient.
