I hired their deli to do our catering at our wedding. I chose them because I do have a lot of food allergies, and intolerances; as well as my children. They are suppose to cator to our allergies, some of us have more than others. They were making them gluten free, and dairy free. So we set up a time to come in and taste the food, and look and see what it would look like when it was served. We tried a couple of different types of food. (I didn't try one, because it had dairy)We made some choices paid 3/4ths of the bill, and received our catering individuals number to keep in touch. Two weeks before the wedding I had called and wanted to confirm how things were going and to get a final price on the numbers.. Our lady wasn't in, so I left a message, and called her cell; and left a message. A week went by and I didn't hear a thing. I called again, however, she was on her lunch break and told me she'd call back. She didn't. I called again 3 more times. I finally got the amount from another lady. Well 4 days before the wedding we had more people rsvp than we expected. So I tried to reach her again to add some more food to the order. I had a hard time getting a hold of her, so I left messages again. I saw all kinds of red flags. I regret hiring them at all. The morning of the wedding I called the manager and explained my frustration, and how I still have not spoken to our lady who would be catering. She put her on the phone, I confirmed everything is good, made sure she had the address, and she told me she would be there a little early to set up. My mind was at ease. Until after our ceremony, all our guests were seated ready to be served and our catering lady hasn't shown up. Our whole wedding party went to the kitchen to try and throw something together. Well, we were suppose to get our pictures done, but never got them due to the catering issue. On top of that when our wedding party served us the food she brought when she came so late, the food had onions in it! I am extremely allergic to onions. They put me into anaphylactic shock. That is not what we ordered or tasted. What make things even worse is that I'm in the first stages of my pregnancy, and must eat something so I'm not sick. We didn't tell them or anyone that part. But we were severly disappointed in their services. When I went to talk to the lady, she aurgued with me saying I didn't tell her about the onions. Who cares? That's not what we ordered, and she knew we had allergies, why throw something in there that's different than what we tasted? I didn't end up eating. I would suggest to others not to hire their catering department.
