        I had nothing but trouble from the first time I walked through the door. They screwed up my insurance, wanted to charge me the full price for my glasses and lenses,(I am insured, but my insurance company told me that no one from Westminster eyecare even called to verify or ask for authorization) I paid the full amount (minus what my insurance covered; when they finally realized I was insured) and they misplaced my payment. I took my receipt and they still had doubts that I paid because whoever wrote out the receipt did not put a date on it. I had to wait in the office for 20 minutes while they said they were looking for the original receipt. Didn't send my glasses order in after they realized their screw-up (I didn't know this until a week later when I was called to say I owed a balance, which I did not), promised a "rush" on my glasses (which didn't happen). It took over two weeks to get all this straightend out. Even the Dr. that I had wasn't pleasant at all. RUN....RUN AWAY!!!
