rita kurl is a patsy for local police departments, specifically cranston, who are looking to have individuals discredited when they have committed improprieties against these individuals and do not want to face criminal of civil charges for their actions. kurl will invariable grant law enforcement any mental health diagnosis that suits their need to discredit individuals who are essentially being kidnapped into seeing her so they can get the diagnosis that gets them out of trouble. In addition, kurl has absolutely ZERO mental health training as a doctor, yet is still giving out mental health evaluations which further illustrates she is being instructed to grant these diagnoses. A review of her background show she is incompetent in other ways as a doctor as she has been sued many times for various issues including having killed patients. the fact she is of foreign decent lends further credence that she is being manipulated into these diagnoses.
