I own a 1936 historical dining car, The Silver Top Diner, which was moved from Providence, RI due to Eminent domain in 2002 and I was asked by the City of Pawtucket to moved my historical dining car to Pawtucket. I ended up having to fight the city of Pawtucket for many reasons which they didn't come through with promises to help me rebuild, the case went on for 11 years. In 2012 with Arthur Chatfield by my side, Arthur won in a jury trial for me, the trial lasted 5 days and the jury decided in my favor but 3 weeks later the judge overturned the jury's decision, now Arthur has to fight my case all over again!
