Don't expect any sympathy from the PA, Melissa Moore, she's as heartless as they come especially if you have a bad diagnosis. I understand that it's a business, but you are working with women, not machines. I cannot just shell out money like an ATM and spend countless hours in the doctors office, I am among the working poor. I would figure some questions could be answered over the phone instead of yet another visit to discuss it, but, I guess its just business.

Welcome to Harper OB/GYN. We are located inside Archer Clinic at 400 University Drive in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. We are a state-of-the-art brand new facility that is very close to home. We have a friendly new staff with low wait times. The interior is very nice with wood floors and comfortable chairs much like a comfortable living room.
We are a complete women's care center that offers everything from global pregnancy care to 3D and 4D Ultrasound, Menopause management, minimally invasive surgeries, normal and abnormal visits, plus emergency visits. We have also now added two new services:
* Clinical Weight Loss: We work with your nutritional needs to achieve your weight loss goal. No surgery is needed.
* Assisted Fertility: We help to achieve your goals of starting a family right here in our office.
