        Overall

        HORRIBLE service, would NOT give them another penny - will not even work with you. Was told my sled what not worth fixing due to engine issues - 2015 mind you. Decided to trade it and buy a new one. Then called them hours later to buy my sled back only to find out it was sold to their mechanic. The only thing they said was, "sorry, we already sold it" and "we don't have to let you buy it back." UGH - talk about poor business!!!

        I think a 1 star rating is too generous. Had some chainsaw maintanence done here, and they charged $180 for a $2.50 part. The chainsaw ran worse after getting it back, and it was returned with missing bolts.

        Would not ever buy another thing from North Star ordered parts and they set a day and it's been over a week and I still have no parts I we'll neaver go back
