        Not the most helpful. I tired to order 7 six inch subs over the phone and only after I placed the order and they took my credit card they said it would take OVER 2 HOURS! They also said I needed to fax the order instead of over the phone only their fax didn't work. When I called back and got them to take the order over the phone they told me it wouldn't be ready until after 12pm. It was only 10:30am. That is 2 hours away for 7 sandwiches! I couldn't believe it and I was so frustrated I headed the phone over to someone else who asked what would happen if we just stopped by with the order and they told us they would process the order right away. So if I try to order over the phone and they take my money it takes over 2 hours bu if I come in they will do it right away! What in the heck is with that? I told them to forget it and we went to the subway on Willow Creek in Prescott who had our order done in less then 10 min. I will never go to the Subway on 69 in PV again! - Matt
