Ruger Firearms

Owned Ruger for 35 years. In the 80s my Air Force buddies and I shot a Security Six sloppy. Ruger put it back tight as a drum, reblued it, just like new. Recently they repaired an SR40, picked up the shipping, and it runs like a champ. I've owned dozens of Ruger over the years and considering the thousands of rounds through them, have had little to no troubles. You can't go wrong with Ruger.

I had to take my 9mm to get fixed they were beyond helpfull. They really stand behind their product. They fixed it at no cost to me and even shipped it at their cost back to me. I couldn't be happier with my merchandise if I ever get another I would definatly go ruger . Everyone i came into contact eith was very profesional and friendly. thank you everyone for your help

I have owned a true variety of Ruger firearms for about 4 decades, from single-action revolvers to double-actions, and from small caliber to large caliber, and also semi-auto pistols. The very first time I wanted a replacement part, which was NOT due to any manufacturing defect, but primarily due to age of the gun and some cosmetic reasons, Ruger not only replaced the part at no charge, but ran a functionality/safety check on the gun within 2 working days, and then shipped it to me via 2-day delivery absolutely free of charge. There is no better customer service than this!
