Hidden Local Gem!

This place is truly a secret treasure of Prescott's restaurant world. Hidden away in the Firehouse Plaza, here one can find fresh organic bread, wide assortment of pastries, soups, salads, amazing large sandwiches, and much more. If you seek a taste of the local flavour, this is as close as you can get. Pangaea bakery has been in Prescott for an astonishing fourteen years. Several of the local restaurants get their bread from here, and some customers have been coming since the beginning. Staff is friendly, and the owner is an incredible woman. She can seem rough around the edges but in reality, she is a very busy and hard-working person- nearly single-handedly creating dozens of beautiful pastries and pies, etc... every morning! In conclusion, I highly recommend this bakery/cafe to tourists and locals alike. Bon appetit!

Two star Bakery In Prescott AZ, First off, I have placed several large orders from them in the past. When I went in later to order a few items again, the owner stated ""that I did not order that from them"", Which is a laughable thing to say to a current customer. I will not be sending them anymore of my business. I ended up going to a Safeway bakery, and purchased several quality cakes. I won't shop at local business that underestimates the value of it's customers. Send other ""hard working"" local Prescott folks your money, not these rude snobs.
