J & J Nails

I have been going to J and J nails for about 5 years now and love Jay and Jenny. They treat everyone with respect and like your family. Jay always does such a great job on my nails that i don't even tell him what i want. I leave it up to him. Would never go anywhere else but here. If you live in the area i encourage you to go try them out. You won't be disappointed!!!! Jay and Jenny, you guys rock!!

I have been getting my nails done here for many years and I love it! The owners Jay and Jenny are very friendly and feel like family to me. I always love the way my nails look afterwards. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family...in fact I already have!!

The prices are reasonable but.......don't go. The service is sub par. The technician was on her cell phone for the first half of the manacure and the rest of the transaction was so awkward and silent it was sooooo uncomfortable. I think that they should learn how to interact with Americans. It really seemed as though they didn't like us.

they weren't hospitable at all, and lazy in their performance. I don't get my nails done often so I was a little new at what to request or do when I first walked in, and they seemed bothered by me asking questions. after having to repeat what I wanted a handful of times, their effort was minimal and I left with sloppy looking nails and 3 fingers with bleeding cuticles that I hope do not get infected. I don't want to sound like your typical, ignorant American, but if you're foreign and working primarily with Americans...I think it's important to make an effort to understand what they want and ask questions if necessary so there is not confusion or mistakes. they made a lot of assumptions I had to correct, and retorted with attitude when I did so. I did not enjoy my experience here at all, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
