The dental hygentist is nice and very good at her job. The dentist, himself, is good and efficient. However, the new receptionist was quite rude to me when I went to re-schedule an appointment (talked to me like a child - asking me to make sure I could make whatever appt I scheduled - I called before the actual appointment time so they could schedule someone else in that time slot if needed). I was so offended that I switched to a new dentist. I wouldn't go back to that place until/unless they hire a new and more professional receptionist (they've had several in the last 6 years but this was the 1st rude one). Since the receptionist is the 1st person you have to communicate with for all appointments and the most, I give it 3 stars (and that is quite generous, I feel).
