        Overall

        Amazing store with incredibly talented employees. They sell machines, fabric, embroidery stuff and do repairs. Cool Art Quilts and traditional stuff. Tons of really cool classes. There is a really good looking guy that works there. He does long arm and has some award winning quilts on display. It is worth the drive.

        Bad customer service. Be careful when buying a product and promised training as they don't deliver on their promises. Over priced shop. Other shops in the area have friendly staff, better prices, and excellent customer service. Purchase a machine at another store and you'll get all the training and support you need, but not if you purchase from Bits & Pieces.
