My husband and I bought a Subaru Forester from Liberty Bay Auto Center and we had a wonderful car buying experience! Our salesperson, Kevin Hogan, was extremely helpful, easy going, and didn't pressure us. We really appreciated his easy-going attitude during the whole process. We had just left the Toyota dealer and had a terrible experience. This was a real pleasure. We did get an awesome deal on the Forester, but the other reason we bought it was because the team at Liberty Bay didn't jerk us around or make us wait for hours. They were very fast yet concentrated on us and our needs. Liberty Bay was very fair and reasonable with the negotiation and our trade in. Overall this was the BEST car buying experience we ever had. Everyone at Liberty Bay was very nice, and I can only guess it starts with the top down because before we left, we met Tom Diefendorf, the General Manager, and he was so nice. He gave us his business card with cell phone number on it so that we could call him anytime day or night if we needed anything. This is a great place to buy a car! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with General Manager Tom Diefendorf and Carol Ost, Sales. I had my eye on a 2013 Lexus RX350 SUV that I had researched on the internet. Carol walked me out to the exact vehicle! She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Tom Diefendorf and Carol Ost made the process of buying a new car pleasant and easy. Jeremy Dogeagle in Financing was great without the usual stress in this area! Carol went over everything in the car and even helped me link my phone. I asked her how she knew so much and she responded with a big smile “that’s my job!” I never thought the process of buying a new car would be so stress-free. They treated us fairly, did not employ ANY hard sell tactics and executed the sales transaction in a reasonable amount of time (i.e. we didn't sit there for 90 minutes waiting to see the finance manager). We talked to Paul on the phone before driving over to Poulsbo and they stood behind everything they agreed to on the phone. Then, we worked with Sean Green at the dealership and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He sent pictures of us with our new car and gave a personal touch to our purchasing experience.
