In the categories, Petito & Petito list "property damage" for legal services but the paralegal rejected my "property damage" case. In my case, a contractor failed to properly winterize the home which caused the pipes to burst, floors to be ripped out, etc. I was "forced" out of my home for 6+ months due to no cold/hot water and heat. The attorneys should update the legal services in yellow pages (or make a website with detailed description of services) to avoid wasting each others time.
