Dunkin'

I stopped in at the Poughkeepsie, NY Dunkin Donuts located at 2580 South Road, store #302448 to pick up a sandwich and coffee for my daughter. My order # is 968. What I got was a disgusting burnt Big and Toasty that was given to me. The "associate" who made and gave it to me seen it was burnt when she took it from the toaster over. She put the two sides together and put it in the bag and handed it to me. Unfortunately for me, I didn't open the bag until I got to my destination.



I have attached a picture of the sandwich. I am disgusted that your employees have the nerve to give this to a customer. My daughter bought it right back as soon as I gave it to her spending her 15 minute break to do so. Both she and I will be posting this incident with reviews and pictures on Facebook and this stores website.
