Stowe Oil

I called Stowe Oil right around lunch and they said they would deliver it tomorrow but they delivered it right after lunch. Wow!! That was very prompt.

Stowe Oil is my new oil company! My old oil company got bought by a bigger group and their service went downhill. Called Stowe Oil and received the personal attention that I was use to receiving. Prices are competitive. Office staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Just bought a new house to find out that we were left with an empty tank. Called Stowe Oil and they got us a delivery same day. Office staff was very courteous and informative (since this was our first experience dealing with oil heat). Would definitely recommend!

We were on empty and let LISA know. scheduled me for the next day and never showed. Come to find out the owner "Lisa" never wrote it in. She was mad that I asked if they compete with competitors pricing and threw away my ticket. Had been buying from them every 2-3 weeks spending $600 {1200+ a month - frickin ridiculous}. The oil was burning faster than it should have. Previous year had used a reputable company that charged a few cents more, terrible winter & and it lasted much longer - {Me being cheap- going back to that company}. Excellent insulation, not used often as it is a vacant investment. They sell crappy oil and are nasty on the phone. I am not giving them business again and letting everyone I know-know what happened. Terrible experience. Roberta {secretary} told me they could come out but would charge an emergency visit fee since the mix up. LOL they wanted to rip me off for asking about the price per gallon. What nerve. I guess my 1200+ every month wasn't good enough? Get real! Have some
