        The staff was. Horribly rude to my daughter. Her cat came up missing. A week later someone found it and brought it there with a broken leg. Because she had a chip they knew who to call. They gave her two options pay over a thousand dollar's to care for it or they would put it down. Unless your loaded with money dont go there because its all about the money to them.

        We've used Kootenai Animal Hospital for many many years. Dr. Rogers has been our primary vet and always takes great care of our pets. He actually diagnoses and even researches when necessary to find the answers, and listens to our ideas. They have always given great service at very fair pricing. Highly recommended!
