Bills marine damaged my trailer lights and chose to leave them for me to find when picking up my boat, didn't strap my boat down properly for pickup after doing a water test, left my battery switch on after their water test so that when i took it out for my first water test my battery was completely dead, said they found a problem with one of my coil packs on my outboard and while doing their water test swapped coil wires around to test. When i took it out for the first time after they had it, I had engine problems. Come to find out when i took off my engine cowling, one of the coil wires fell off when i touched it and the other two were barely on. After having all of these issues in one day after getting the boat back all I received from them was "were sorry" what else can we say. The sales and service folks behind the counter seemed nice, but the mechanics obviously get away with cheap, half done work. This is our first and last time we will be using Bills Marine for anything.
