249.76 for them to run a diagnostic and replace 6 spark plugs. Outrageous is what I was thinking and I wouldn't be so upset if they fixed my car but it ran good enough for me to make it from their shop back to the naval base then it started acting up again. They didn't even offer a military discount. Didn't notice til the car started acting up again and I look at the bill that the engine default code did not reset which means they knew it wasn't fixed but still took my money and sent me on my way. I would not recommend this repair shop(ha ha) to any one except to get an oil change. Shop supervisor was in no help. I had to ask the mechanic what was wrong with the car and what was the course of action to get it fixed and I got a lot less than what I paid for. I should have known something was wrong when I drove up to the garage and the mechanics were just standing around talking to each other. I really feel I was taken for the $249.76.



I will be taking them to court for refund of money charged and not fixing my vehicle correctly. Paid for a diagnostic check which was mis diagnose. I had my vehicle looked at by another shop and showed them the bill Action Auto charged and said I was robbed and they should have been able to fix the vehicle if they had known how to interpret the diagnostic check. WARNING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO SHOP!!!
