Dr. Lessani received her O.D. from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 1995, and practices full scope Optometry. She is a therapeutic certified optometrist skilled in treating eye infections, allergies, injuries, as well as management of dry eye, and has significant experience with fitting specialty contact lenses. Dr. Lessani has been to several vision missions where she provides exams to children and adults in underprivileged communities. This has taken her to Mexico, Venezuela, Dominican Republic, and Costa Rica. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association. Dr. Lessani speaks Farsi, Japanese, and clinical Spanish. We opened our doors with the intention of serving the communities around us with the exceptional attention they deserve. As a broad scope practice we see patients as young as 6 months old, fit the latest technology contact lenses, manage emergency eye problems and routinely check for Cataract, Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration. Our state of the art equipment allows us to detect eye problems earlier, and they are great educational tools for our patients.
