  Called to schedule an appointment, was told I would get a call back to schedule within 2 days. That was almost 2 weeks ago, if initial sales is this bad can't imagine how they treat customers. I won't be using them.

  Saved the Day

  I was one of the unlucky victims of the storm damage for our recent strong winds, but the damage was not near what it could have been. Urban Forest Professionals was not my first call they were my second. The sight of my trees sent the first guy running scared. Urban Forest Professionals was calm and confident in their ability to get my tree off of my garage without it crashing through my... read more house also. They made me feel better right away. It was hard to watch them work. It almost seemed death defying, but there were no problems and they acted as though they did this kind of thing everyday. The owner Jeff a great help in dealing with the insurance company. Urban Forest took out some other trees that were ready to fall but hadn’t and Jeff said the insurance company might not pay for it, but I told him to go ahead anyway. In the end Jeff made his case to the adjuster and they paid for everything. I am so happy with their work. I will defiantly be having them out again soon to trim the rest of my trees to protect against wind damage.
