My partner and I opened a join checking account, savings account, and credit card with Umpqua. One week later we closed all 3 and stopped discussions regarding our brokerage account and returned to Wells Fargo. I've never had such bad service, inaccurate information, and lack of interest in understanding clients' needs as I experienced at Umpqua bank.
Even after going up 2 levels of management I was still unable to get satisfaction. My credit is excellent (750+ credit score). My bank balance and brokerage account would be in 6 figures. They were not interested in understanding or keeping my business.
If you want a coffee shop and free computers...go to Umpqua. If you want a BANK...go elsewhere.
