        Thomas Coon Newton & Frost represent people in litigation against insurance companies, corporations and the government. We bring legal action against the makers of unsafe products to get our injured clients compensation and to encourage manufacturers to make their products safer. We pursue the claims of injured workers to be sure just compensation is paid and to encourage employers to work safely and insurers to process claims properly. We handle disability claims under private insurance policies and through the Social Security system, both to get our clients their benefits and to improve the law under which disabled workers' claims are decided. We believe that the aggressive and intelligent pursuit of individual rights is the best way to positive social change. During law school in the late seventies, we planned to start a law firm to represent the under-represented, working people who have been injured and are struggling to obtain fairness from the legal system. Since we began our law firm in 1980, our legal and volunteer work has remained focused on this goal. We treat our clients as individuals, and make their struggles our struggles.
