Outrageous Audio

I took my car in to get the radio fixed but, in the meantime, Nate took the time to go over possible ways to fix it. I let him know I was interested in getting a new radio put in while we were at it. He walked them with us explaining how each worked and helped us find the best one within our budget. We took the car in for our appt, and he was kind and communicative the whole time. When it was ready to pick up the car, he walked us through how it works and answered any questions we have. I highly recommend Nate if you are looking into upgrading your system.

I was super excited to go to outrageous audio based on a friend's experience. My 2004 Altima just wasn't in the right technological era. I'm almost 50 and technology is a little overwhelming to me. What I wanted and needed was simply a bluetooth radio, and I was told there was a special for a back-up camera. What ended up happening was I pulled the draw of a salesman that wasn't really interested in finding out what I really needed, but was very interested in up-selling me. I ended up with way more stereo than I'll ever use, and sacrificed some of the things I would use and wanted. I also ended up spending more than I wanted. I wanted bluetooth technology and the salesman showed me the first stereo for 750, I indicated my budget was around 500, so he suggested a 500 stereo with no CD. Okay. First compromise. With all the parts, back-up camera, installation we were at a 1000. I again said my budget was around 500. He then started suggesting no camera etc. Second compromise. We got down to 750, and I agreed believing it was my only option. Third compromise. He didn't suggest a different stereo, and now I have a fancy stereo that if I use the ap on my phone will do great things. Problem is i won't ever use the AP. I'm technology dysfunctional. I just needed bluetooth technology. Now I have something above my budget with sacrifice. I am also responsible for how I ended up here, but I had a friend who swore outrageous audio wouldn't do me wrong and had the best deals. I suppose they work on commission. I won't go back or recommend.

I had a stereo system installed with Subs a while back and I'm loving it having no issues and I recently heard about their deal going on that ended on Sunday about their remote starts which so happened that my factory one started glitching and causing my window switches to honk the horn. (Crazy but it is true) Peter hooked me up with a new remote start and remote and now my truck as remote start again and I have my power windows back. They even double checked to make sure all of my sound system equipment is working properly!
Definitely recommend these guys! A+ SERVICE!!!!

Just needed to remove my prior positive review of these folks. I've been struggling with a defective alarm I purchased there since Oct 1st. Four trips now- still not fixed.
