I cancelled my membership almost 2 years ago, I had not been able to use my massages due to other obligations and health reasoning. I cancelled in Dec. of 2015 and never thought of having to look to make sure they stopped taking monthly dues out of my HSA. I had just recently discovered they had been taking monthly dues out EVERY month since 2015. I called to ask why and they told me they do not have a cancellation form on file for me, then in the same breath told me they do not keep cancellation contracts on file for longer than 1 year... I asked for my money back for the year and 4 months they had unknowingly charge my account. They told me they cannot refund me the money because I never cancelled my contract. I am still appalled with the service I received. I then get a letter in the mail saying I am 2 months behind in paying dues and this needs to be taken care of or it will be going to collections. I have not been in to get a massage in almost 4 years! I have not gotten a dime back even though they said they would refund the last 2 months. I suggest not going to this location, the manager is very rude and apparently does not know the business. I asked her many times why they would not keep a contract on file for more than a year and she said she doesn't have an answer that I can email the owner.

Give your money to an individual, not a corporation. Here's why... I was a customer for over a year. Due to illness I was permitted to cancel my contract auto-renew by phone. Months later payments were still coming out of my account. The Manager said the auto-renew hadn't been stopped, and the man I'd spoken to originally was no longer working there. She said, in fact, I owed one more payment due to the 30-day written notice policy. I said, “I feel like I'm being generous by not asking you to return unauthorized payments. Can't you waive the policy for a long-time customer who has referred family members to your business?” NO. I asked to speak to someone who could give her permission to do so. She said she'd call the General Manager. Five minutes later, the Manager called me and said the GM agreed to waive the 30-day policy & terminate my contract immediately; HOWEVER, I would have to forfeit any remaining prepaid massages! This is positively perplexing. She was willing to waive the policy, but she needed to punish me in some way for canceling?
