Nightmare Customer Experience!
Limited Inventory: Few units mostly been setting around for many months in fading condition and shop warn.

Ignore Customer Requirements: I clearly explained needed a tractor which would be comfortable mowing over fairly rough ground:Sold me 4WD hydrostatic 38hp tractor (Was not in stock so could not try it at their lot). Took me only 5 minutes to discover it extremely uncomfortable and ill-suited for my application.

Bait-n-Switch Substitution: They then sold me larger/heaver 2WD 50Hp 4550 Mahindra setting on their lot. They use customer’s time/money to do final testing! The tractor failed testing, finally delivered different unit . . . was last year’s production model with fading paint).

Cannot Be Trusted to Keep Promises: Missed every date promised, falsely imply product features/condition, slow refund payments (waiting 2 weeks +). What they are good at is getting your money quickly so they can make their monthly sales quota . . . BEWARE!

I called landmark for a part and was told they would call me back. No call so I called 2 days later and was told she would call me back in 5 min. No call so I called again the next day. Was told they can get the part and gave me a price. I said ok.

Called them 10 day's later to see if the parts are in and was told I didn't order it. They just gave me a price. . The lady who does parts is a worthless.

GO SOME WHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PARTS. THEY SUCK!

I just wanted people to know about this business. The owner, Earl and his staff were so helpful. We had been searching for parts and help with a Pettibone that we had. After calling several different places with no results and often an attitude of not caring I found Earl at Landmark Equipment. He went above and beyond to help us and found the problem with our pettibone and we are now on our way to getting it fixed. It is nice to find a business that still cares about it's customers.
