Cowles Dental Care

Dr. Cowles has a very good sense of humor. In addition to dentistry he also makes and sells tree's made out of wire and stones. Sometimes he stops procedures to sell the tree's, which can be frustrating and disturbing.He does a great job on filling, but do not let him do extractions because he won't ever give you any real pain medications. He has all new staff members, which was a big mistake. It was much better when Mary Ann and Heidi were there. They were great and my kids loved to go to the dentist because they made it fun. It's no longer as personal and there is no follow-thru with insurance issues and the office person is unable to answer questions about insurance and billings. The office environment is totally different than it used to be. I would have recommended Dr. Cowles in the past because I trusted him and his staff, but I would no longer refer friends or family unless he brings Mary Ann and Heidi back!
