        Very friendly, and will spend the time it takes to explain what and why. I've purchased several times (small amounts $100 to $300 per visit) and consistantly they've treated me fair. Always telling me spot price and how much over the purchase might contain. I would recommend them to my best friend. I've purchased from an on line company and after you figure the time it takes to receive your purchase and freight, you might as well buy here.
