Just wanted to thank you for your quick action with our problem with mold in our restaurant restrooms, due to a leaky drain pipe. The technicians were awesome to work with and were also very knowledgeable, providing lots of options and solutions. I was especially impressed with how well you collaborated with the industrial hygienist at WISE STEPS to just obliterate the problem for good! That mold had no chance with you on my side. Also, being a restaurant, you were able to schedule the work to be done after hours, meaning you folks were working through the wee hours of the night, without any extra "off hours" charges. I hope I never have to call you again, but if I ever have mold issues at any of my properties, I won't be looking anywhere else.
