Came here after the WONDERFUL ortho we used before retired. They get the job done, but if it weren't a convenient location, I would have much preferred another office. They assistants seem decent, but we've gotten very little info from the Dr. about the course of treatment, expected duration and progress. There seems to be a bit of a language barrier. My biggest gripe is scheduling... if your appointment requires more than a quick adjustment, they force you to fill morning slots and won't allow you to come in the afternoon. Even though my daughter gets out of school at 1:30, we're forced to pull her out of class for appointments.

Happy with the orthodontic care. Not happy with the office policy of charging $20 for less than a one day notice for not being able to make an appointment. It's a problem if the appointmen is on the first day after a holiday or weekend.



Recommend not making an appointment on a Monday or day after a holiday.
