Best Friends Veterinary Medical Center

Just moved here from Fresno, California and was looking for a place to take my cat, I did some calling around for prices and Best Friends offered a free exam at first visit. I thought I would give it try, booked an exam with the doctor. I showed up and there was no one at the front desk, finally someone showed up. It seemed to be quite hectic on the canine side alot of scurring, phone ringing and ringing receptionist stressed also kept going in back again for a long time. I was then put in a room, took doctor twenty minutes to come in. I barely was able to get a word the vet just kept talking about all these vaccines and dewormers and I was so overwhelmed. I just wanted a wellness check.

Not happy with this clinic, might of been bad time of day.
