Front office staff are usually very cheerful but at busy times you can usually notice the stress. Maybe spa music will help. Sometimes it is hard to find openings in the time slots. It is not the staff's fault. This is just a popular office.



I love my tech. She is always busy and booking needs to be done well in advance. Too bad you can't clone her.



I love HMR 800 Shakes. I'm continuing to buy them for maintenance. I miss my dietitian. She helped me go from vegan to a carnivore.



It seemed Botox lasted longer than Dysport. New doctor to the office has great patient communication. I like that he chit chats while giving Botox so I don't focus on the needle.

Staff are always pleasant, genuine, attentive, speaks quietly for confidentiality. Scheduling is wonderful. Always accommodates, easy to get in at the last minute. Rindy (wellness consultant) is fabulous. She listens, suggests and helps set your plan that fits you best. I love her. Dr. Darm is wonderful, informative, caring, a movie star, visited for years. Dr. Barr is incredible, instant connection, knows her stuff, cares about you, genuine. Dr. Zawacki is fabulous, impressive, experienced at consultation. She did not try to sell me anything I don't need.

Lovely staff especially Leslie. Scheduling is very nice and their patience is appreciated! Liz is amazing. She really cares and is always very professional. She makes me feel important and educates me about my treatments and my skin care needs. I now only use your skin care products! I’ve been so happy with all of my laser procedures and I will probably continue to do botox/laser for the rest of my life. It has boosted my confidence and made me feel pretty.
