Kells is your typical Irish pub…in a good way. The staff is friendly, it’s clean, and you do feel a bit Irish when you’re in there. One nice thing about Kells was that they didn’t plaster the entire place with Guinness paraphernalia and shout, “OK NOW WE’RE AN IRISH PUB!” The décor was cool and fun to look at. They’ve got a big huge stone fireplace to welcome you when you walk in, a good number of tables and cozy private booths, and also a large bar to sit at. Our waiter told us that they have live music 7 days a week, including an open jam session on Sundays. Pretty cool. See photos of kells here http://www.thebeerfather.com
Very nice & attentive servers that were good w/the kids. Food was excellent for the price. I had a special you wouldn't expect to see at a sports bar/restaurant it was a Coconut Crusted Salmon w/rice & stir fried vegetables. The coco cream sauce was insane! They had a kids menu, crayons etc. A ton of tvs & projector screens. Clean & casual atmosphere. Super chill. Best spot by far I've been in this neighborhood (Not corporate(-Thank goodness) not sure why anyone wouldn't like this place, friends told me to check Facebook & yelp...glad I did. I suggest ya do too-won't disappoint!
I went into Gators on a weekday before work, I had thy best experience breakfast was excellent and at a extremely reasonable price, and drinks were excellent . But above all Kelly and Brenda definately brightend my day very friendly and I think they might have been comedians before working at Gators because they are a riot together .They were very helpful and gave very good service . I will be making gators my breakfast place to be and you should too.
